The client had grown up in Tuscany, Italy, and wished to bring a little of the feel from the gardens she remembered as a child to her Bel Air residence.New plants were carefully incorporated into her existing garden, specific varieties of citrus trees were selected and used in strategic spots for best effect. A new patio with a round fire pit provides a perfect spot to sit around and comfortably enjoy the outdoors almost year-round. The new organic vegetable garden is easily accessed from the kitchen, the raised planters were designed to showcase a Roman water fountain the client had brought from Italy.
